CTS will test your hardware  and software to determine the source of  your computer problem and recommend the best course of action. Charge waived if we do the repair.
PC Tune Up $95
Check for viruses, make sure system has security software ie antivirus program, fully update windows, java, adobe products, remove temporary files, clean up unnecessary restore files, remove tool bars, clean up registry, defrag hard drive, and check hard drive integrity.
Virus Removal $149
Remove Rogue Security Software, Scareware, Ransomware, Spyware, Adware, Viruses, Trojans, Rootkits along with installing all Windows security updates, and security software of your choice.
Install/Re-install Operating System   $95
Install operating system on to your computer.
Hard Drive Repair $95
Check hard drive for errors indicating possible hard drive failures. Repairs corrupted files and file paths, then re-files information to streamline the computer's operation.
Operating System Repair $65
Repair Corrupted Operating System.
Data Backup or Transfer $89  
Transfer or Backup Data to CD/DVD USB Flash drive or External HDD or to another computer.
Data Recovery $65
Recovery of data from a malfunctioning or otherwise inaccessible computer.
Hardware Installation $35  
repair failed computer components or for upgrading your system with a new video card, sound card or other input/output expansion card.
Network, Router Setup $95  
Onsite, in-home Networking Setup. Setup of up to  3 devices. Additional devices $25 each.
New PC Setup $145  
Includes connecting up to 3 devices (printer, router, camera etc) transferring 10 GB of data from old PC such as pictures, documents, music settings.  We will also install any security software of your choice to make sure you are protected from viruses and malware.
Internal PC Cleaning $35  
We will safely and properly remove dust and grime built up in your computer case and components
Software Installation  $15-$20
Computer Tech Remote Support
We can manage most repairs remotely so there is no need to unplug all your devices from your computer and then haul it over to us.  For more information click here.

RECYLE YOUR OLD ELECTRONICS

We can take your old electronics and make sure they are properly dealt with. Some Iteams you bring in we can give you in store credit for. Some items get turned into upcycled art made by local artist. Some items we can repair and sale the at low prices for low income families who need a basic computer for job searching and homework. Other items get taken to a non profit company in vancouver that properly disposes of the toxic computer waste. If you are hoping for a tax right off, we suggest that you take your donation directly to Empower Up in vancouver.

We do not always have the part in stock, we ask for about a week for the repair. This is adequate time for shipping and installation of parts. If your system can still run in its damaged state, we can order the part and have you bring in your device for installation of hardware when the part arrives.
